Our Fees

  • At Golden Nurses, we understand that sometimes our clients may have to reschedule their appointment. We kindly request that you inform us at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.

    If less than 24 hours prior to visit your deposit will be forfeited.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards and bank transfer. Cash payments are also accepted with prior arrangement.

    Some health funds may offer a small rebate if you have Extras or top cover. Please check with your health cover provider for further details.

  • If no impacted earwax is found and a thorough ear health assessment is completed, we will refer you to your GP or Audiologist for further evaluation by an ENT specialist if symptoms of blocked ears persist.

    If we are unable to complete the service, your 50% deposit will cover the cost of the consultation, and no additional charges will apply.

  • Unfortunately, Medicare and DVA do not cover this service. This is because registered nurses are not funded under the Medicare Benefits Scheme (MBS).

Travel to your home, Ear Health Assessment + Microsuction, if required.
